When ordering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address or other details to help you with your experience.

We collect information from you when you order from or enter information for contacting us.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. Also we don't store any credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

Payment Methods

We offer multiple ways to pay for an order. The following methods are available.


Credit Card: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express...

Paypal: Securely pay with your PayPal balance, or a variety of different cards.

Bank Transfer/SWIFT: You can also pay via bank transfer, however all applicable transfer related fees should be paid by your side.

Refund Policy


If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it and be refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer.


We offer a limited lifetime warranty for all of the Beharbros branded products (until the business exists). If in the unlikely event that it has malfunctioned or is not working, we offer a replacement part or a brand new unit depending on the problem. In order to benefit from our support, please contact us first. If the customer asks for a modification, an upgrade or a repair, then all shipping fees are paid by the customer.


If you wish to cancel your order, you should email us as soon as possible after ordering it. If we receive the email, before it is dispatched, then we can just cancel the order and refund you.

If the order has been dispatched, before we receive your cancellation request, then you will need to return it for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

If you would like to proceed with any of these options, then please message us by email stating how you would like to proceed.

If you still do not wish to keep your package, simply refuse it and we can offer you a refund. Items can be refunded, minus any shipping or incidental fees, as long as: 1. It is in its original, brand new and resalable condition. 2. It has NOT been damaged or modified. 3. All of the originally included pieces are returned. 4. They are returned in its original packaging. 5. Damaged and lost packages from transit will only be refunded/exchanged if optional shipping insurance is purchased. If this occurs please contact us right away so we can file the necessary claims. 7. If shipping insurance is not offered for a specific shipping method, buyer assumes all risks for losses and damages from shipping.

Delivery Policy

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping.

All packages are shipped with the registered Air Mail including a tracking number, unless specified. Orders are handed to the delivery company usually between 1-7 days after an order is placed, except the pre-orders or custom products. Orders can't be processed on weekends, national and religious holidays.

Delivery time varies from country to country. It depends on the transfers between the countries, customs delays and holiday periods.

It is approximately 2 weeks for Western, Southern and Central Europe.

Approximately 2 to 4 weeks for North America.

Approximately 2 to 6 weeks for Australia and New Zealand.

Approximately 4 to 8 weeks for South America.

Sometimes these durations can be longer caused by the reasons listed above.

In the case of a delay, before opening a dispute/charge-back claim, please contact us first for an amicable resolution.  

Customer should accept the delays before ordering from our store, and consider that these products are hand-made custom products. is not responsible from any customs or import related taxes which can be occurred in the destination country.


In case of the package is refused by the local customs authority and returned back we will refund the amount except the shipping cost paid.


If the package is returned due to the wrong,incomplete address or the receiver isn't present at the address upon delivery, we will refund the amount except the shipping cost paid.
